Dublin Unified School District
The Dublin Unified School District serves approximately 5,500 students at five elementary schools, two middle schools, a comprehensive high school, and a small continuation high school. The district is proud to have five California Distinguished School awards.
Child Care Centers
All of Dublin's elementary schools offer excellent child care programs daily from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm for school-aged children. The program is offered by Extended Day Child Care (EDCC), which leases space from the district. EDCC can be reached at (925) 829-4043.
Adult Community Education
Dublin Unified School District Adult Education offers an ever increasing variety of programs for adults, including a high school diploma program, English as a second language, financial information classes for seniors, computer education, gymnastics, tumbling, karate, and foreign languages. Community College
Las Positas College, located in Livermore, is just 15 minutes up the 580 Freeway from Dublin. In addition to classrooms and laboratories, the campus features unique facilities and programs, such as a vacuum technology center, a horticulture center, an environmental hazardous materials program, and a self-paced electronics program. Evening and weekend courses are offered on campus sites throughout the Valley. Employer-based training (Contract Education) is available on an ongoing basis through the district office.
